While every product undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch, if any damage occurs during transit, we’re here to help.
Any transportation-related damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at design@zeromstudio.com with clear pictures of the issue. We will assess the situation and confirm the eligibility for a replacement.
